Testimonial from Claire Shelley, Site Leader at GE Money, Truro:
The regular yoga classes have been attended by colleagues of all levels of ability from those of us who have never tried yoga before, through to those who have experience; with each class and exercise being adapted to the requirements of individuals everyone has felt a real benefit of attending. Employees have commented that the positive effects can be felt both from a mental and physical perspective, so much so that we are looking to run a further course and even more people have become interested in coming along to experience yoga at work.
